Please let us know how Circle of Peace Church can pray for you by filling out this form. Your request will be forwarded to a group of people ready to pray. 

Our community is somewhat small in nature. Please consider this when making the prayer request to make sure the individual being prayed for would feel comfortable with our prayer team knowing specifics of their situation. 

You may be as specific or vague as you are comfortable - a member of our prayer team may reach out to provide support.
